This Mexican restaurant has been teasing us for the past 6 months. We drive by its “old western-y” doors and say to each other…. “We have to try that place”. I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know the name of it until we sat down and the menus were in front of us.
Villa Sombrero – Los Angeles.
Enjoyed a quick little lunch at Villa Sombrero. The place was quiet, for a Friday lunch. The service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed one large and one small margarita and some food. (Taco, enchilada plate). Margaritas were amazing and strong!!! The food was just out of the oven, cheese perfectly melted and gooey. The rice and beans were decent, the enchilada and taco were beyond amazing.
Salsitas Rancho Cucamonga
Live blogging Just to see how this works out. Here at Salsitas in Rancho for lunch. They also serve breakfast, dinner and have a Sunday brunch. And liquor!!! Service good … 3 different servers all friendly, but one. But she was kinda eyeing me like she knew I was writing about her. Ordered – tacquito combo. Soup rice beans and tacquitos. Prices pretty decent. Most hover around $8-10 Lunch specials are under 7 Seems pretty
