Happy hour, is always a minor treat. (Well, more major than minor) BJ’s today. Wings, a pitcher of hef, and an LA Water ( I think we need an la water-Rama contest…no one gets it quite right .. And this la water has a strong 9). Ashley, who within 10 short minutes has become our favorite waitress of the week. She’s smiling, attentive, and quickly changed my man’s poking stool, with another. Keegan’s Pub & Grill, Torrance
Live blogging from Keegan’s Irish Pub in Downtown Torrance. Perfect January evening! The fire pits are blazing, the crowd light but friendly and local. Sports of every variety on the 8 TVs ( and those are just the ones I can see from where I’m sitting…there are plenty more). Happy Hour everyday from 4-8. How do you pass that up? Rosa Mexicano – Sunset – live blogging
So, we walked up San Vicente to Sunset. And stopped at Rosa Mexicano in Hollywood for Happy Hour. The restaurant is gorgeous and dark. The service was excellent. Pomegranate margaritas, some Cognac, and and chilaquiles. Later ordered the Churros en Bolsa. Amazing!! Perfectly crispy, yet soft, and three dipping sauces (Chocolate, Caramel and Raspberry).
