Giuliano’s , Torrance
I’ll keep this short and to the point, since my mouth is in sandwich heaven and my hands want to reach for another bite. I’ll start with Viola! The sweetest, most friendly and helpful person I’ve ran into in a long time. There was a slight problem with our order and she handled it without batting an eye. Now about the food … OH MY GAWD!! Donenico’s , Monrovia
Let me start by saying….I LOVE this place. Consistently great service, nice atmosphere, decent prices, and the food is really does it!! Started off with a ShockTop Honey Apple beer. Several TV’s were on showing the Patriots game, I couldn’t ask for more. Happy hour 4-7 and 9:30 to close. They’re
Fiesta Cantina – West Hollywood –
Well, what better to do on a stunning So Cal day than sit on a patio drinking (my guilty pleasure). So today I’m at Fiesta Cantina with my partner in crime. A Watermelon margarita (with a mega boost) and Grande steak fries on the table in front of us. We doubled the 2:00 pm crowd when we arrived. Apparently unnoticed. Walked to the bar and ordered, but he was nice enough to bring the drinks
And so it begins.
It’s amazing when starting a project like this. You start off wanting to be open minded. Your concept of good service, good food and good vibe semi-engrained into your head. You know what spots you’ve been to. Why you’ll revisit some spots again and again and some you won’t go back. I walked into places with an open mind. A blank slate. I allowed myself to be charmed, revolted or A lot of it seems
